ARTICLE 8. DELIVERIES
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
Delivery times may be longer during Private Sales, Sales and Archive Sales.
Deliveries are made for France by La Poste in Colissimo followed against signature from Monday to Saturday. SOPHIE CANO PARIS does not deliver to PO boxes. The package is delivered against signature to the recipient.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, we cannot commit to a specific delivery time (different depending on weather conditions, carrier strikes, etc.), however the normal delivery time is 48 to 72 hours. .
In case of absence, a notice of pending is left in the recipient's mailbox. He has 15 days to come and pick it up at his post office.
You can track your package at any time on the La Poste website.
Deliveries by bicycle courier are only available for Paris. (Time slot of 4 hours to be checked with email@example.com)
If the delivery times exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. In order for the deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure the conformity of the information he has provided.
SOPHIE CANO PARIS delivers within 48-72 hours for delivery in mainland France, and 10 working days for international deliveries.
Return or exchange policy: returned items must be in new condition, accompanied by all their accessories (handles, dustbag, etc.).
You have 14 days after receipt of the package to return your items if you do not like them or if the size does not suit you. You can exchange your item with a similar item or get a refund. An exchange can only be made for the same model (size change only), and therefore cannot give rise to a partial refund if the price of the model has changed since the initial order. In the event of a request for a partial refund of an order having benefited from a reduction in stages on the overall basket, the amount credited will be calculated only taking into account the percentage of reduction acquired by the item(s) kept. ). Damaged packaging or product, missing product
The customer or the recipient of the order is invited to check the apparent condition of the package and the items on delivery.
WARNING: in the event of a damaged package or product, or a missing product, the customer or his agent must imperatively follow the procedures described below. Failure to comply with the appropriate procedure excludes any recourse against the carrier and the company SOPHIE CANO PARIS.
The customer must contact customer service within 7 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching a photo of the item concerned and follow the same return procedure as described and detailed in article 6.
